For Universities
Launch Operations
Approval is a document. A campus is a first enrolled cohort. We run the ground execution in between — recruitment, employer relations, hiring, and launch events — on a retained basis.
What we run
Four workstreams. One accountable team.
Southampton in Gurugram and Deakin and Wollongong in GIFT City have shown what an operational launch takes. We build that machinery for institutions that do not yet have one in India.

How retainers run
Six to eighteen months, milestone by milestone.
-
Months 1–3
Launch plan agreed against your approval conditions; recruitment infrastructure and local hiring underway; employer outreach begins.
-
Mid-engagement
Pipeline live and reported monthly; first employer commitments signed; launch events calendared; your in-country team taking shape.
-
Final quarter
First cohort enrolled and inducted; operations handed to your team with playbooks — or rolled into an ongoing operating retainer.
Monthly retainer over 6–18 months, sized to scope and city. Pricing on request.
The handover principle
We build your capability, not a dependency.
Every retainer ends with your own team running the machine: documented playbooks, trained hires, and live employer and counselor relationships transferred to your staff. If you keep us on, it is by choice, not by lock-in.
Approval in hand — or close to it?
The months between approval and first intake decide the launch. Talk to us before they start.
