Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of this website and the Quadora assessment platform.

Effective date: July 2026. These terms are written in plain language and will be reviewed by counsel; the current version is always published at this address. By using this site or the assessment platform, you agree to them.

Informational content

Content on this site about visas, education loans, accommodation, regulations, and university entry routes is provided for general information. It is not legal, immigration, or financial advice, and it may become outdated as rules change. Always verify requirements with the relevant embassy, university, lender, or regulator before acting.

No admission guarantees

Quadora does not and cannot guarantee admission to any university or program, visa issuance, loan approval, or scholarship award. Advisory engagements improve preparation and decision quality; outcomes remain decisions of the institutions and authorities involved.

Assessment results are indicative

Quadora assessment scores benchmark performance against US academic standards for guidance purposes. They are indicative, not certifications, and are not a substitute for standardized tests or institutional admission criteria. Do not represent Quadora scores as official qualifications.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse forms or submit false information; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; scrape, copy, or republish assessment content or question banks; interfere with the operation or security of the site; or use the platform to take assessments on another person's behalf. We may suspend access for violations.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the assessment platform — including question banks and scoring methodology — are the property of Quadora AI Technologies, Inc. and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and platform are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadora AI Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, reliance on informational content, or assessment results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding twelve months.
